This is defined by the hold xp. This is not the best part of this loyalty program, in my opinion, since most casinos don't have this, but the requirement isn't high, so it's easily doable if you're a regular player.

As a higher-level player, you are promised faster withdrawals and a dedicated account manager, but nothing is specifically defined regarding this.

The main feature of this loyalty program, and also what makes it unique, is the bonus market.
