The Unique Bonus Shop

Although this isn't the part where Bombastic comes out on top of the industry, you can still find any game type you desire in the casino.
Unless it's vital to you to play in a casino with 10k+ games, Bombastic's 4000 games will be more than enough. They host games from over 20 game providers (which is quite low, I admit), including all the major ones.
Games can be played for free, Spribe provides provably fair games, and there is even a volatility filter!
The casino lobby and its game categories can be a bit different to use at first, because there appears to be no filtering or sorting of games.
However, there is detailed filtering if you search for games (you don't actually have to search for a specific name and still use the filter). The only thing I miss is a filter by categories as well.
So, you either look at whichever games are offered by each category in the lobby (and there are LOTS of categories!) or use the search filter to look for slots with specific volatility or a bonus feature, for example.
I also like that they went with a white theme for the casino. It looks refreshing after playing in hundreds of casinos that all use the same dark gray. Bombastic Casino is a classic Curacao-licensed casino when it comes to accessibility. With an average number of restricted countries and 6 website languages, they accept most players from around the world.
The website loads very fast, and the general user experience is great. Everything is intuitive and easy to find, the site works well on mobile and desktop, and there are no annoying pop-ups.
I like that they gathered all important bonus data in each bonus description on the promotions page. Most casinos require you to dig through the terms, which can be a mess.
The only thing I noticed that isn't the most intuitive, as I've mentioned before, is the game search. All game filters are there, which is ok, but resetting the filters doesn't work, and there are no filtering games by game type/category, which makes searching for games a bit more difficult.
But even so, at least they integrated filters that go beyond selecting game providers, which few casinos can say.

As you sign up, you must enter your email, country, and date of birth. Then, if you ever want to withdraw, you have to enter everything else, including your gender. I fail to see how that's relevant, but there it is.

The promotions for regular players are all a part of the loyalty program, which is both a pro and a con. A pro if you like dabbling with loyalty ladders, and a con because you can't get certain promotions without climbing the loyalty.
But there are free spins, cash bonuses, reload bonuses, and a cashback. Perhaps the best part is that most of these things are available in the bonus shop where you can buy whatever you wish with your loyalty points.

Live chat agents tend to give generic answers and they are both professional and friendly. You have to talk to a bot before getting to an agent.
* Talking to a bot is not necesserily a bad thing but it does prolong the time for resolving your issue if you must talk to an agent.
Bombastic Casino can be reached by email or live chat.
They use an AI chatbot that can answer basic questions but isn't the most advanced and can ramble about irrelevant stuff.
When you're transferred to an agent, the bot will keep jumping in the call asking if you're still there. This happened to me all the time, but I was only waiting for the agent to answer, so to have the bot interfering after an agent has already taken over, is just annoying.
While the agents are nice, they don't really know the casino they work for. Once again, an outsourced support. For example, they don't even know which cryptocurrencies are available for deposit. They need to take a minute and check every little thing you ask them, returning with some generic answer.
So, if you plan to take your game in Bombastic seriously, aim for VIP support. Otherwise, you'll just be losing your nerves.
