Very few online casinos are offering Kusama as their deposit and withdrawal currency. With KSM slowly but surely following Bitcoin’s popularity, it is only a matter of time before other casinos become Kusama gambling sites as well.

Kusama is different from other blockchains because it is mostly built for developers.
It is predominately used for connecting blockchains with one another. Kusama also provides a great opportunity to users by enabling them to easily build a blockchain via Substrate framework. Kusama hosts blockchains where it handles their security and transactions. On top of that, it bridges blockchains that are built on the Polkadot network with other blockchains, for example with Bitcoin.
It is used by a lot of early stage start-ups that wish to experiment before launching on Polkadot, though many continue to use Kusama.
Kusama fee is set in the same wayas it is on the Polkadot blockchain. It is determined per-byte (also known as the ‘length fee’), plus a weight fee and a tip, which is optional, however it does give the transaction a bigger priority, depending on the size of the tip.
Same as Polkadot, Kusama uses a slow adjusting fee mechanism. Besides block limits it also has a block fullness target which increases or decreases fees for the next block based on the fullness of the current one. The weight fee can change up to 30 % in a span of a day. This captures the long term demand and helps to keep the fees low.
There are no Kusama NFTs that we are aware of yet, but there are projects such as RMRK which are native to the Kusama blockchain and allow users to preform various tasks with their NFTs.
