Their primary product is sports betting, and although I can’t assess that fairly due to a lack of experience in sports betting, it seems good enough. On the other hand, the casino needs an upgrade in the user experience, some more thought into how some of the features work, especially considering crypto players, and many more games and game providers. This is a 'classic' crypto casino no deposit bonus in terms of the number of free spins and wagering. It's a shame that they require all your personal info because that means giving up your anonymity even as a crypto player, especially since most crypto casinos don't require it.

The best thing about these bonuses is that they are both 100%, which isn't common for reload bonuses. Usually, the percentages are lower. If the values were higher and wagering a bit lower, these could be great.
There is a 50% up to 1000 € cashback every Monday and Thursday if you deposit using G2A Voucher. You must first buy the voucher in Apolobet, then use it as a deposit method, then activate the cashback in live chat. All deposits over 10 € qualify and you must wager your cashback 1x.

Apolobet has only around 1500 games from 15 game providers, which is one of the lowest numbers among crypto casinos. Not that you can't find certain game types (except live poker), but more is always better in this case.
The casino lobby is dark grey with big game thumbnails. You can choose among the game providers at the top or pick games out of a game category on the left. Some of the categories here don't make much sense. For example, there is a category called 'Fishing' with fish-themed slots, while there is no other themed category available. There are also 'Video Poker' and 'Poker' categories; since there are no live poker games on Apolobet, I don't really understand the difference. And for some reason, there is a category 'Christmas Slots'... I'm writing this review at the end of June.
There is no way to sort games or filter them by RTP or volatility. As you scroll down the page, new games keep loading, making it practically impossible to reach the website's footer. Not well thought of.
There are no provably fair games to be found, so for all who like the feature, I suggest one of the provably fair casinos.
You can go to the live casino from the main menu, where you will find only Ezugi games.
To remain completely honest, you must be really low demand to be satisfied with Apolobet game selection and overall user experience. I hope they intend to work hard on this in the future, otherwise, I'm afraid they won't come far. Despite gambling restrictions becoming more severe, Apolobet managed to keep an extremely short list of restricted countries of only 4 countries! I'm not entirely sure if Apolobet is using casino software developed in-house or not. I know that Galaxy.bet casino is practically the same. Either way, although the casino looks 'normal' at first glance, many things could have been done better. For example, casino game categories don't all make sense, there is endless scrolling keeping you from ever reaching the page footer from the casino lobby, live chat doesn't work on mobile at all, ...
User experience is becoming increasingly important because there are a lot of casinos putting a lot of effort into it and creating higher standards, which is only correct. Currently, Apolobet doesn't have a loyalty program, so their regular reload bonuses are all there is. As a casino player, you have a Wednesday reload and a weekend reload, or a Friday reload in sports betting. The reload bonuses are actually not that bad, but their wagering could be lower. 25x on bonus+deposit is above the industry average.
Regarding live chat support, I was pleasantly surprised. Although Apolobet uses the LiveChat app, which I don't like as much, the agents are very swift with their responses and to the point.

Apolobet can be contacted by email or live chat. They are using a live chat app powered by LiveChat, which isn't one of my favorites because it requires you to enter your name and email every time you want to use it, even though you're signed in to the casino. It is redundant and shows that there is no real connection between the app and your account, which is the most basic thing if you expect support to solve your issues, in my opinion. But ok, that's just the app.
There is no chatbot you must go through, and the live chat agents are very fast in responding, professional, friendly, and to the point. I was pleasantly surprised by their service quality.
The live chat feature is always present in the lower right corner on desktop and moves to the bottom menu on mobile. The live chat button on mobile, however, doesn't work. There is no way for you to reach live support on mobile at the time of writing this Apolobet review (June 2023).
