Hi Martin T, Thank you for reviewing us! As Adam mentioned, a casino has no control over the games and all games except our own are made by other companies which we as a casino "lease" if you will. In other words, a casino can neither be blamed for losses nor can we be praised for big wins, as they're both out of the casino's control. What we can be judged on are things we can impact, which is the service, bonuses, speedy withdrawals, etc, which I think we do an OK job at, but we're not perfect of course. There's always something we can improve on, but the improvement has to be done on something we can actually have influence over, and payout is not one of them. Hi Martin! Thanks for commenting. No player can win against a casino longterm - that's how casinos work. Although BitStarz added some of their own games last year, most of their games are from other licensed game providers, where BitStarz doesn't have a say in how they work. So I doubt they would do anything to make you lose any more than it's statistically expected. However, if you feel like BitStarz isn't for you, that's perfectly ok, you're welcome to try some other trusted brands and try your luck there. -
