It's hard to say how good it is since there aren't any clear measurements of progress, but given the state of the rest of the casino and the fact that it states that you have to contact them through LIVE SUPPORT when you feel like you deserve to be a member of their VIP club, we can quite easily conclude that it is not a very good, or fair one.
