Overview
Cosmoswin Casino is a crypto-only casino. It’s a very bare-boned crypto casino where you can find all basic online casino games and bonuses, but no more than that. It’s a casino for simple players who want to avoid the fuss with loyalty programs, tournaments, or other special features.
To give an honest Cosmoswin Casino review: not much stands out apart from the bonus shop, which let’s you buy bonuses whenever you like and new deposits aren’t mandatory to get them. Live chat isn’t 24/7 and isn’t the most responsive. Compared to their competition, what’s giving them an edge is the cashback bonus. Although everything works, the user experience could be better. As I said, Cosmoswin is a simple casino for non-demanding players.
Established in 2019, Cosmoswin Casino is licensed and regulated by the government of Curacao.
Cosmoswin Casino Bonuses
7/10
Number of Welcome + Regular Bonuses
They could have more welcome and regular bonuses (the best casinos offer at least 7).
* Regular Bonuses = Reload, Cashback, Free spins, Rakeback, Faucet
Welcome Bonus Amount
The welcome package amount is higher than in most casinos!
Welcome Bonus Free Spins
There could be more welcome free spins (the best casinos offer at least 200).
Number of Regular Weekly Promotions
They have a large amount of regular promotions!
* Regular Promotions = all time-unlimited promotions without the welcome offer and bonuses in the VIP/loyalty program
Regular Weekly Bonuses Amount
There is at least $5000 in regular weekly bonuses!
* Regular Bonuses = Reload, Cashback, Free spins, Rakeback, Faucet
Regular Weekly Free Spins
There are very few weekly free spins (most casinos offer at least 100).
Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements are very high (most casinos require 40x wagering (on bonus) or less).
* Average wagering requirements across all regular bonuses are taken into account.
Cosmoswin Casino covers all basic bonus types and has an overall very nice offer, but then wrecks it a bit with the wagering requirement. However, you do have the chance to pick when you want to use any of the bonuses because they aren't tied to your deposits!
When you first arrive on their website, you see two menus related to bonuses: 'Bonus Shop' and 'Promotions'. It's different on desktop and mobile, but it's all there. Intrigued as I was, I first headed to the bonus shop and got attracted by this statement:
Bonus Shop at Cosmoswin is critically different from any other online bonus you’ve come across. Rather than limiting your options, Cosmoswin wants you to fly as high as your imagination allows. So, we let you shop bonuses as you see fit.
This sounded similar to what Cloudbet has, where you can actually assemble your bonuses, customize wagering, the number of free spins, and so on, which is an exciting idea.
It turns out that the bonus shop doesn't let you design your own bonuses but rather allows you to choose when you want to use them and how you want to buy them (either with your deposit money or with your winnings).
For example, you can either make a deposit and buy the welcome bonus with the deposit, or you can play the deposit, win something, and then buy the bonus with those winnings. There are no bonus codes and no time limits when a bonus must be activated. You buy it when you want to use it.
Be careful, though:
In order to claim any of the bonuses (except the cashback), a complete profile is required!
Welcome Bonuses
There are three options how to start with the welcome bonuses:
- Use the 'Orion's Belt Package' consisting of 3 welcome deposit bonuses
- Use the 'Supernova Welcome Bonus', which is a first deposit bonus
- Or use the 'Intergalactic Cashback', which is a first deposit cashback bonus
So, technically, you can choose between three first deposit bonuses:
40x wagering (bonus+deposit), 45x on free spins
or
100% up to $5000
40x wagering (bonus+deposit)
or
up to 20% and up to $10,000
0x wagering
The first one is the 'Supernova' bonus which has a min. deposit of $100, the second ('Orion's Belt') $20 min. deposit, and the cashback doesn't have a minimum deposit, but you must lose at least $50 to get something.
The Supernova bonus is decent, given the high value and the presence of the free spins. But the wagering requirement kills it, in my opinion. Wagering both the deposit and the bonus amount 40x is a huge wagering requirement, making your odds of winning anything slim to none.
The same goes for the Orion's Belt bonus since the conditions are identical.
The obvious choice, in my opinion, is the cashback since there is no wagering requirement. How much you get depends on your losses:
- 10% for $50 losses or more
- 15% for $200 losses or more
- 20% for $1,000 losses or more
This first deposit cashback is not bad at all. There are even better options, like FortuneJack's 20% first deposit cashbacks with no limitations, but more or less all first deposit cashbacks are in the same ballpark.
The Orion's belt then continues with the second and the third deposit bonuses:
- Second deposit: 75% up to $5000
- Third deposit: 125% up to $10,000
The min. deposit is again $20, and the wagering requirement is 40x on bonus+deposit, so my reckoning is also the same.
Since you're buying the bonuses in this case, you can either buy the Supernova Welcome bonus, the entire Orion's Belt Package, or the cashback. You can only get one.
This could be a decent welcome offer if not for the high wagering. You can still enjoy them because the bonus values aren't low, but if you're set on welcome bonuses with the best conditions, I recommend BitStarz, mBit Casino, or FortuneJack instead.
Regular Bonuses
Cosmoswin Casino continues by offering 2 regular bonuses, a reload bonus and free spins.
The free spins are ok, although they aren't the highest. You can get 50 free spins weekly with 40x wagering and $50 min. deposit.
This is now average wagering, but most casinos that offer regular free spins provide a lot more. Take BitStarz, for example: you can get 200 free spins every Wednesday.
Lastly, there is the 50% up to $100 weekly reload bonus with 40x wagering on bonus+deposit and $20 min. deposit.
A low bonus in both the percentage and value with, once again, high wagering.
No other promotions are available, no tournaments, and no loyalty program with additional bonuses, so this is it. Apart from the cashback, there isn't much to look forward to. If you're a bonus person, I recommend other crypto casino bonuses.
Bonus Code
Cosmoswin Casino doesn't use bonus codes for any of their bonuses. They don't even have a field where you could enter a bonus code. What they have is what you see under 'Promotions' on their site. As they say:
No need to look into other pages of the Cosmoswin website.
Games in Cosmoswin Casino Review
8/10
Number of Games
They could have more games (the best casinos have at least 4000)
Game Providers
They have games from fewer game providers than most casinos (who have at least 47)
Game Variety
You will find all the popular regular and live games (slots, poker, roulette, blackjack, baccarat)!
Provably Fair Games
The casino offers games provably fair by the player
Number of Crypto Games
They have one of the most diverse offers of crypto games!
* Crypto games: Dice, Crash, Plinko
Cosmoswin Casino has over 3500 games from over 30 game providers. These aren't the highest numbers, but you can find everything you're looking for, whether live games, non-live table games, a crash game, crypto dice, or something else.
Like the rest of the casino, their lobby has a space theme, describing everything with space-related terms. There is a dark blue background with space-themed banners and colorful game thumbnails. The overall look is simple and clear.
You can choose between the casino and live casino from the main menu and then refine your selection with categories like 'hot', 'new', 'high-RTP', and more. There is also a 'Space' category, fitting for a space-themed casino.
If you're using the search bar, be careful because it only searches in the category you have selected at the time.
You can filter games by providers, but I miss more sorting options. They do have the high-RTP category, which is one way to filter games by RTP, I guess, and already more than most casinos with no such option.
I don't like that no matter what you click, be that a category or a game, the page loads for a very long time. Most modern casinos simply open a pop-up over the window you're currently in, avoiding the need to load everything all over again.
You can play games for free. Apart from the 'Last Played' category, there is no game and betting history.
Accessibility & UX
6/10
Number of Supported Languages
The casino offers it's site only in 2 languages (most casinos have at least 7)
Cryptocurrencies
The casino accepts only 8 cryptocurrencies (most casinos accept at least 10)
Restricted Countries
More countries are restricted from playing than the majority of casinos
* Includes restricted countries for using bonuses as well.
Desktop Site Speed
Desktop website is slower compared to majority of casinos
* Measured with Google Page Speed Insights (Largest Contentful Paint)
Mobile Site Speed
Mobile website speed is ok but could be faster
* Measured with Google Page Speed Insights (Largest Content Paint)
Hard to Find Info
All important information is easily accessible
Lost or Diminished Functionalities on Mobile
All functionalities work well on mobile
Popup Notifications
There are no intrusive and unnecessery notifications and popups
* Popups and notifications are deemed intrusive if they keep opening on multiple pages even after closing, covering the majority of the screen and generally interfering with user experience.
Cosmoswin Casino is a crypto-only casino, meaning you can only deposit and play with cryptocurrencies. Although they have the 'buy crypto' option inside the wallet, it only suggests some wallets and exchanges, not an interface to actually buy crypto in the casino.
It's a shame they accept only 8 cryptocurrencies. I think they could appeal to a much wider audience if they had a more extensive selection. Most casinos offer under 10 cryptocurrencies, but you know... why not stand out?
Their site is either in English or Japanese, which is on the lower end of the number of languages usually offered in online casinos.
They restrict almost 50 countries from playing. Although, when I tried signing up from Slovenia, I couldn't because I got a message saying players from Slovenia aren't accepted. Slovenia is not on the list of the restricted countries, so I'm not sure what that is about.
The Bonus Shop is an interesting idea and a unique feature. Being able to choose when and how you get your bonuses isn't standard since all casino bonuses we know are tied to deposits.
I miss more such special features, like a unique loyalty program, tournaments, and maybe a crypto feature like a faucet. Cosmoswin Casino is games and bonuses. This is not necessarily a bad thing because some value simplicity. However,
The casino could be better designed for such a simple site.
No matter what you click, the pages load very long. It got so annoying at one point that I was on the verge of closing everything and going somewhere else. And I was on a desktop computer!
Other than that, the site operates fine, you quickly get the hang of things because the site isn't large and there are no extra features jumping around your screen.
There are no annoying pop-ups, and the site works the same on mobile as on desktop.
Cosmoswin Casino Login & Payments
9/10
Required Personal Info to Sign Up and Play
Only an email is required to sign up and play!
Sign Up Process
The sign up process is short and simple!
Deposits
Very low min. deposit and unlimited max. deposit!
Withdrawals
Low min. withdrawals and high max. withdrawals!
Cryptocurrencies
The casino accepts very few cryptocurrencies compared to most casinos (that accept at least 10).
Use of Bonus Codes
Bonus codes are simple to use if they are needed at all
Wagering deposits
You need to wager your deposit amount only once before being eligible for a withdrawal.
Requiring only your email, you can remain completely anonymous in Cosmoswin Casino if you only wish to play games. However, a complete profile is required as soon as you want to use a bonus (except cashback). This, in a way, makes them an anonymous crypto casino, and yet it doesn't. There are better choices if you value anonymity.
The Cosmoswin login and signup are simple:
- Click the 'Play Now' button below to go to the casino.
- Hit 'Log in' or 'Register' at the top right corner of the website.
- Enter your email and password, and you're done!
They only restrict 5 countries from playing, and Slovenia (my home country) isn't among them. However, I still got the message that players aren't allowed from my country. Go figure.
They accept only crypto and have very friendly payment limits:
Min | Max | |
---|---|---|
Deposit | unlimited | unlimited |
Withdrawal | $10 | unlimited |
Be careful, though; their terms state that they require level 2 KYC if you deposit or withdraw more than $2000! I guess they aren't that anonymous after all.
Regular Players Treatment
10/10
Newsletter
You can sign up to a newsletter.
Regular Weekly Promotions
There are plenty regular weekly promotions to keep you engaged!
VIP/Loyalty Program
The casino doesn't have a loyalty program.
Support
Support is one of the best and will sure take care of all your needs!
*Support is rated in the support section of Cosmoswin review.
You are automatically signed up for their newsletter when you register. But you can opt out anytime by unchecking the option in your profile.
When it comes to regular bonuses, they have pretty much everything, but the wagering conditions are harsh. There are weekly free spins and reloads and a daily cashback. But apart from the cashback (which is among the best!!), the other bonuses aren't worth it in my opinion. You can check the details in the bonuses section of the Cosmoswin Casino review.
Their support is comprehensive and friendly but lacks a live chat feature! There is a live chat button on mobile (and a 'Contact Us' side-flap on desktop), and opening it does look like a live chat form, but I have never been able to get a live agent there, only a message that they will reply to my query by email. I got the reply about an hour later, and it was very professional and to the point, but I would rather have it in the live chat.
Among the swarm of new casinos, each trying to stand out, not having a live chat is unimaginable.
There is no loyalty program, however, according to Cosmoswin, they are planning one.
As you see, the casino is very simple. What you see is what you get.
Support
9/10
Number of Support Options
They could have more support options apart from live chat (the best casinos include live chat, email and telephone)
Live Chat Experience
Live chat requires additional personal info to use.
Response Time
Live chat response time is almost 30 minutes or more
Bots & Agents
Live chat agents give usefull and to the point answers and they are both professional and friendly.
* Talking to a bot is not necesserily a bad thing but it does prolong the time for resolving your issue if you must talk to an agent.
You can contact Cosmoswin Casino in 3 different ways:
- Using the live chat button
- Sending an email to support@cosmoswin.com
- Filling out and sending the contact form on their website
The live chat isn't 24/7, they operate within EU working hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm GMT.
There is a live chat button on mobile (and a 'Contact Us' side-flap on desktop), and opening it does look like a live chat form, but I always got stuck with a message that they will reply to my query by email, even within their working hours. I got the reply about an hour later, and it was very professional and to the point, but I would rather have it in the live chat.
You must also enter your email and name each time you open the chat window. I guess it's so they know where to send the answer. What they do promise is to answer within 24 hours.
It baffles me that some casinos still don't have this fundamental feature sorted out.
Their support is very professional and comprehensive, though. On the other hand, I guess it's easier to come across that way when you have the time and space to write an email as opposed to answering a live chat.
Resposible Gambling
You can ask the support to self-exclude or to set deposit limits. There are no other responsible gambling options. This is standard, there are very few casinos with all features integrated into their software and easy to use (without contacting support). BitStarz is one such example.

Social Media & Groups
Cosmoswin Casino has Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook accounts, but they are all 'dead'. They have identical posts, the last published in May 2020.
There are also Telegram and WhatsApp icons on their website, but they don't link anywhere, so I'm guessing that doesn't exist.
