We evaluate casinos by collecting data from different categories for their assessment. The types include depositing & bonuses, wagering & fine print, playing games, contacting support, testing any unique features the casino might have, withdrawing, and we also at least start the loyalty program. We collect every single detail along the way.
After we’ve collected all the data, we start testing the casino for at least 4 months before our final rating comes out. The reasoning is that good casinos are fun to play at (and can retain their players). So if a casino doesn’t know how to engage with players and make them happy and they, therefore, decide to leave, we don’t see a reason to promote such a casino. The first 30% of our rating comes from this information.
The rest of the rating comes from (in order of importance) games, accessibility & user experience, login signup & payments, support, bonuses, regular players’ treatment, and VIP & loyalty programs. And we don’t just make up the rating. We compare it to our entire crypto casino list (which has over 200 casinos).
The final step is placing all our casinos into our listings. All the previously mentioned factors contribute to the overall score. However, the distribution of casinos depends on the type of listing. So, we determine a new rating for each listing, which is comprised of two things:
- How well the casino performs in that area
- and the casino’s overall rating (mentioned in previous points.)
For example, in a High Roller Casinos guide, the rating includes factors like maximum bet, withdrawals, high bonuses, and VIP programs, which might interest high rollers. We prioritize providing comprehensive information to help players find what they’re looking for quickly and efficiently.
